The appointment booking slip registration is valid for exactly 30 days from the date of issuance. The candidate must visit the assigned medical center and conduct the test within this period. The final fit/unfit medical certificate generated after tests is valid for 90 days.
No, candidates cannot choose a specific clinic. The GAMCA system automatically assigns an approved GHC medical center in your selected preferred city on a randomized rotation basis. This ensures fair distribution of candidates and unbiased medical reporting.
If a candidate is declared unfit, a travel ban of 3 months to 6 months (depending on the visa type and disease nature) is registered in the GCC database. After recovery, the candidate may re-apply for registration and checkups once the suspension period expires.
Typically, medical test reports are processed and updated in the GCC database online within 24 to 48 hours of conducting the examination. Candidates can track their status online using their passport number or GHC reference ID.
To generate the booking slip on our portal, you only need to provide the candidate's passport details, preferred city, destination country, and mobile contact info. You will need to carry your original passport, visa copies, and 4 passport size photos to the assigned clinic.
