  • Accuracy of Information
    • Users are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including passport details, personal information, and contact details. Any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information, including appointment delays, cancellations, or booking errors, remain the responsibility of the applicant.
  • Appointment Confirmation
    • Once an appointment request has been successfully processed, appointment details will be communicated through available channels such as email, WhatsApp, SMS, or other suitable methods. Applicants are responsible for reviewing the information provided and attending the designated medical center on the scheduled date and time.
  • Service Charges and Payments
    • Fees charged by Gamca Booking Service cover appointment assistance, processing, and administrative support only. These fees are separate from medical examination charges, laboratory fees, or any other costs imposed by the designated medical center or related authorities.
    • Upon successful generation and delivery of the appointment confirmation, the service shall be deemed completed, and applicable service fees will generally be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Limitation of Liability
    • Gamca Booking Service does not have any authority over medical examination results, fitness determinations, visa approvals, appointment availability, decisions made by medical centers, or delays caused by government agencies, technical systems, or third-party organizations.
    • Our responsibility is strictly limited to assisting with the appointment booking process and related administrative support.
